Does this happen to anyone else? I just get my kids down for their nap and "DING DONG" someone rings the doorbell! This is the perfect solution! Just hang it outside on your front door during nap time so people know to knock...problem solved!! :)

Table Project

I wish I had a "before" picture for this post, because this table was U.G.L.Y!!! We've had it for almost 10 years and have never done anything with it. We put a sheet over it and used it as an end table...it had crayon and marker on it, it was scratched and dented...and it was driving me crazy! So when my husband went out of town, I decided to surprise him and went to work!

I have never refinished a piece of furniture before, but this table was in such bad shape, I figured if I ruined it, I could just put the sheet back on! Now I'm hooked!! I wanted the vinyl to be simple and love this design. This was actually completed about 6 months ago and the vinyl has really held up! My kids have spilled stuff on it and you'd never know it!

Here is the final product (and I don't think the pictures do it justice!)! What used to be one of my least favorite pieces in the house is now my favorite!!

My little guy kept touching the top of the table saying "pretty pretty, mama!"
I think he likes it, too! :)
